Our Clarity Package focuses on your kitchen and bathrooms, while also including a vacuum and wet-buff of your entire home's floors. 

KITCHEN 

• All surfaces are wiped down, sanitised and polished. 
• The front of the cupboards are wiped down and polished. 
• Inside microwave cleaned. 
• The toaster crumb tray is emptied. 
• The kettle and bin are cleaned outside. 
• Pack clean dishes away from dishwasher/sink
• The sink is cleaned and shone. 
• Skirting boards are wiped down. 
• Dust/Cob webs removed. 
• Stool bases shone. 
• The front of the oven shone. 
• Floors vacuumed and wet buffed. 

BATHROOMS

• Grout scrubbed (pre-treat may be recommended)
• Bath scrubbed, plug cleaned and dried.
• Shower tray cleaned, Screen polished and plug emptied. 
• Sink cleaned and polished.
• Glass, mirrors and chrome radiator polished. 
• Toilet cleaned (using toilet cleaner not bleach). 
• Skirting and bath panel dusted 
• Floors vacuumed and wet buffed. 

ALL OTHER ROOMS

• Entire house vacuumed, and floors wet buffed.

Our Full Zen Package includes all of the above, as well as hallways, bedrooms and your lounge/dining/conservatory etc. A professional full home clean = "full zen"!

LOUNGE / DINING / CONSERVATORY

• Wooden furniture dusted (no polish used unless requested). 
• Glass, mirrors and metal polished. 
• Table/Chairs wiped (please let us know if you would like multi-surface spray, water only or dry dust for this) 
• Sofa cushions are tidied, and crumbs under seat cushions are removed. 
• Pictures dusted 
• TV stand, bookcases, fireplace and all other surfaces are dusted. 
• Woodwork, including skirting, window sills and door frames, are dusted. 
• Dust/Cob webs removed.   
• All rooms are vacuumed, and floors wet buffed.

BEDROOMS 

• Beds straightened and headboard dusted (bedding changed is an option) 
• Woodwork, including skirting, window sills and door frames, are dusted. 
• Dust/Cob webs removed 
• Bedroom furniture, including bedside tables and dressing tables, are dusted. 
• Toiletries/make-up dusted under and tidied 
• Glass and mirrors polished 
• All rooms are vacuumed, and floors wet buffed.

Note: When using our price-guide calculator, please select the package you require and only select the bedrooms/bathrooms you need cleaning. If you only need two of your four bedrooms cleaned, that is totally fine :) 

Our price-guide calculator displays a “From” price and a “To” price. This allows for the varying square footage/floor areas of a property. For example, we clean three-bedroom terraces that have the same floor areas as some Georgian two-bedroom flats. This larger-style flat would then fall somewhere in the middle of the listed price guide for a two-bedroom property.

We can always tailor our services to meet your budget by including or excluding certain areas or tasks. These adjustments can be discussed and confirmed at your initial cleaning.

We understand everyone is working with different budgets. That's why we work hard to cater our services around your affordability. Our minimum charge is £50 per visit. If that is your maximum budget, we can discuss what key tasks you are hoping for each visit, and if that is realistic for our minimum charge. 

Yes, we bring our own professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning supplies (included in the price). However, if you have any special requests, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them (eg; specialised product for stainless steel) 

Yes. Cleans will be performed by the same one/two cleaners. We typically work in pairs. Training a pair ensures you get that consistency in quality for those times when one of the cleaners is off due to illness/holiday etc. There will always be a friendly face that knows you and your property, and on those times when a new staff member is accompanying them, you will be notified prior. 

Yes. All our cleaners are covered for public liability and personal injury.
